We're Done Waiting For
The Economy's Permission

The Story We're Rejecting

Spend your Saturday morning with people who'll actually move the needle. You'll hear from powerful, influential speakers you wouldn't normally get access to in day-to-day life --- and you'll be in the room with other successful, ambitious Kiwis who are done playing small with their money and ready to master their money game.

"Fortune favours the brave."

- Ancient Roman proverb

Headlines screaming: Recession. Interest rates. Unemployment. Migration slowing down. If you've been waiting for the headlines to feel better before you make a move with your money, you're not alone --- but that day may never come.

Here's the truth: we've had it much worse than this before. A flat market is normal. It is not a crisis. And the people who build real wealth are not the ones waiting for permission --- from their bosses, from politicians, from world headlines, or from the economy in general. They put themselves in the driver's seat.

This event exists to give you a straight, honest look at the economy and the market fundamentals --- what's genuinely pointing toward recovery, what isn't, and our interpretation of it, so you can make a clear-eyed decision about your own next move.

Your Roadmap to a Seven-Figure Future

Property Investment, Done Properly

  • Aurelie Le Gall, General Manager of Fletcher Living, sharing on where Auckland's next wave of growth is actually coming from --- backed by their own research, not guesswork --- plus a promotion available only to people in this room.

  • Leon, owner of Da Silva Builders, on turning property into personal wealth from nothing --- and why he's betting big on Hamilton, a market with a 0.5% vacancy rate and standalone homes still changing hands from $779,000. Numbers this good rarely stay quiet for long.

  • Our own house view as financial advisers: when property investment actually makes sense, how much deposit you really need, and what to avoid.

  • Real case studies --- real numbers, real properties, real price points --- showing you what high-quality developments look like at genuinely reasonable prices.

Demystifying Investment Funds

  • A fund manager from Superlife breaks down market risk and opportunity in plain English.

  • We'll showcase real historical fund performance --- including funds that have delivered double-digit returns --- so you can see exactly what's been possible, not just what's theoretical.

  • Passive vs. active investing --- and which one actually serves you.

  • The sneaky trick that shows you exactly what it costs to waste $10,000 a year

The Live Modeling Session: Watch the Numbers Change in Real Time

This is the moment the whole day builds toward. We'll take a real couple's actual numbers --- a combined income of $200,000, a $500,000 mortgage, and $60,000 between them in KiwiSaver --- and map two futures side by side, live, in front of the room:

  • Where they're headed right now --- if they keep doing the same thing.

  • Where they end up instead --- the trajectory we built for them, which ends with a multimillion-dollar investment portfolio.

Same income. Same starting point. A completely different outcome, built step by step so you can see exactly how each decision along the way changed the destination. These are a real client's actual numbers, worked through live --- so you can start picturing what the same process could do with yours.

Plus...

  • A real client shares her own investment journey --- numbers are practically her love language, and she wasn't starting from scratch either; she already had a number of financial systems and investments working for her before she came to us. Find out why someone like her still chose to have a financial adviser in her corner, and how taking her finances seriously has impacted her family.

  • The lies we all tell ourselves about investing --- and the mistakes that are quietly costing you millions.

You will not be asked to buy anything on the day. No pressure, no hard sell in the room --- come as you are and leave your wallet at home if you like.

Audience At Seminar

This Is For You If...

Diamond stampl logo

01. You have $500--$1,000 a month you could be investing --- and no real plan for where it should go.

02. You're a working professional. You don't have an MBA in finance, you don't trade meme coins and options, and you don't want to watch the markets for hours a day.

03. Your household is bringing in a six-figure income --- you're earning well, you're successful --- yet you still don't know how to turn that income into a multimillion-dollar investment portfolio.

04. You're time-poor. You don't have hours to spend researching markets, developments, and funds yourself.

05. You've thought about early retirement, or becoming mortgage-free --- and you want to know what it would actually take to get there.

06. You're hoarding your savings in the bank, waiting for the "perfect" time to act --- while that cash quietly loses its purchasing power.

Your Saturday morning yoga class or brunch can wait. They'll always be there. This might not come around again for a while.

This isn't a "skip your daily latte and save" seminar. This is real information, no hype --- advanced wealth-building strategy, broken down step-by-step in language that doesn't require a finance degree. In our signature style, we'll share tangible, practical information you can implement yourself into your financial systems the very next day.

What's Your Financial Dream?

For some people it's walking away from work in their 50s, not because they have to, but because they finally can. For others it's the day the last mortgage payment clears and that monthly weight lifts. For a lot of parents, it's simpler than that --- just knowing their kids won't grow up with the same money stress they did.

Whatever yours looks like, it isn't out of reach. It's a plan away.

What usually keeps people stuck isn't a lack of money --- it's a lack of strategy and execution. Most of the people in this room are smart, successful, and earning well. Nobody ever handed them a proper playbook, so instead:

  • Their savings sit in the bank while they tell themselves they'll "figure it out later."

  • Property or investing becomes a "someday" project, waiting for life to get less busy --- which it never does.

  • Years go by without ever really knowing if they're on track, or how far off they are.

That's the real reason only around 5% of New Zealanders ever retire with a multi-million-dollar portfolio. It's not that it's unattainable --- it's that most people never see how it's actually done. That's what this morning is for.

Financial Adviser & Co-Founder

Diamond Property & Wealth

Maria Temnyuk

Maria isn't coaching from a distance. Before co-founding Diamond Property & Wealth, she was a single mum with $85,000 of consumer debt, no savings, and a half-a-million-dollar mortgage — she knows exactly what it feels like to want the lifestyle before you've built the wealth to support it. She turned that around, paid off the debt, and built an investment portfolio on track to let her retire in her early-to-mid fifties — and she's spent every year since helping other working professionals do the same. What sets Maria apart is her ability to take genuinely complex financial systems and turn them into simple, practical knowledge her clients can actually use — and act on. She has a gift for making money management and investing feel less like homework and more like something you're excited to be part of. Sit in a room with Maria and you won't be checking your watch — you'll be taking notes and rethinking what's actually possible for your own money. Maria holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics & International Business) from the University of Auckland, is a licensed financial adviser and financial coach, and is a member of Financial Advice NZ and the Financial Dispute Resolution Service (FSP434706 ). Since 2016, she and co-founder Craig Johnson have worked with households across New Zealand — helping clients turn six-figure incomes into genuine seven-figure net worths.
