Terms & Conditions
By booking or registering for any Diamond Property & Wealth seminar, webinar, workshop, or event, whether in-person or online, free or paid, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Payment
Where an event requires payment, full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place. All prices are listed in NZD unless otherwise stated. For free events or webinars, no payment is required, but registration may be required to secure your place and receive access details.
2. Cancellations
For paid events, all ticket sales are final and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If you are unable to attend, you will not be entitled to a refund or exchange. Where a replay is available, you will receive access after the event has concluded.
For free events, if you are unable to attend, no cancellation fee applies. Where a replay is available, registered attendees may receive access after the event.
3. Event Changes
Diamond Property & Wealth reserves the right to reschedule, modify, postpone, or cancel an event where necessary. If this occurs, registered attendees will be notified and, where applicable, provided with available options.
4. Replay Access (Online Attendees)
Where a seminar or webinar replay is provided, it will generally be available for 14 days after the event, unless otherwise stated. Replay access will expire automatically at the end of the applicable viewing period. Replay availability may vary between events.
5. Access & Email Communication
Event confirmations, webinar links, reminders, replay links, and other relevant event information will be sent to the email address provided when booking or registering.
Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see our emails in your inbox.
6. Dietary Requirements
For in-person events where catering is provided, please let us know about any dietary requirements when booking. We will do our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee that all dietary requirements can be met.
7. Use of Photos & Recordings
Where applicable, photos, video, or other recordings may be taken during in-person or online events for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes.
If you prefer not to appear in photos or recordings, please let us know in advance.
